Intelligence of the mob…a conscious society

All data will be available to all ….taxes …funding ..all relevent info.

All financial information regarding society will be open to society.

It will then become self conscious and begin to self-police itself.

Society will alter.Government will be online and governance will be atomized  back to the citizen.

A  bit like the people sat at home in Texas policing the border for free  over webcams.

The intelligence of the mob will be become so effective that it will supplant the liberal democratic state into the next iteration of society…a self soncious society.( as opposed to the atomized one we live in .

A reverse of direction so strong that Fukayama will have to end his ‘end-of-history’ nonsense.

The pyramid structure of society will becomne squarer…..

( pyramid=  atomised floor  + rotating gangs of policy makers and policers at the top )

( square= self policing….self organising ….distributed responsibility..powerful up currents of policy making and policing from the pyramid floor will create a squarer

society )

You could almost say its the end of the great age of pyramid based societies .

Interesting angle.

I see the Government realising huge savings by putting itself online and making everyone go online .

I don’t see it a future human right…I see it as a future law..that we must be online …no choice.That is why the Government of the UK is trying to get a broadband tax to fund ever increasing connectivity.They will offer a base line free service that we will have to contract with.

The Government will go online just like the wars we are fighting ( drones ), the money ( electronic in the ether ) ,the work and social lives.

We will be little blobs of flesh at the end of a URL.

Goes back to my argument that countries will cease to exisit as geographical entities will become financial care funds that can be accessed anywhere.

Pay as you go Life model

Not so distant Sci-Fi scenario

How about we get a pill that extends life to a useful 160.
Depending on your income…some can go as far as an elderly  180…most get to 140.
Government subsidies help you to 120.
Could we be burying healthy people one day….
You could walk to your own funeral.
If the treatment l was equivalent to a years average salary….we would quite an interesting scenario….
A financial crisis like the one the Bankers were invovled in could result in mass burials….( after the Government subsidy had gone )

Parkinsons disease and the Habenula ?

I think that Parkinsons Disease ( PD) is caused by opposing forces acting on the Substantia Nigra.

The SN has to work harder to overcome a persistant inhibitory signal from eslewhere that causes it be to overstimulated to create a usable amount of dopamine.This overstimulation causes its demise .The inhibitory signal has to be global as the SN is affected on both sides.

I think its the habenula….already known as a dopamine  inhibitor .

Maybe its over activated by an unpleasant childhood and remains elevated.

Gradually that wears down the SN and we lose dopamine producing cells .

I predict that PD is more prevalent in the Middle classes…as well.Thats enough predictions ( places where I can fall flat on my face ) for today.

Iran needs an Israeli Strike

Confusion over why Iran has painted a ‘bullseye’ over its stockpile by moving it into the open.

If anyone bothered to read MY BLOG….they might have read months ago how Ahmedinijad could shore up support and shut up the opposition if Israeli would just do what it promised all along it was going to do..that is strike Iran.The nationalism and persian pride would turn Ahmidinjad from zero to hero…….

But Israel is all bark and no bite unfortunately for the Iranians.

The world of politics is a funny place…only idiots in the media swallow.

Obviously the Iranians are getting desparate waiting so long..that they moved the stockpile a bit closer so its more easily bombed….

Maybe they could push for the Russian missiles to be delivered sooner..( Isreal would be goaded into striking before deployment of the newer Russian s300′s anti-air craft missiles )…

Failing that..they could stage a blast or two and pretend it was the spies who slipped into Iran from Dubai……

But I don’t think that would work…….but enticing Israel…..thats the game that will save his arse from the fire the opposition are giving him.

Search for extraterrestrial life ( SETI) uses spare computing power from idle PC’s ( and macs ) and uses them to data crunch to search for life .

This is done by networking over the net.

Made we wonder…Islamists cranks are using the net for recruitment …a weapon to harm us all…why can’t we take them down.We could have denial of service software attack bots on idle PC’s that bring them down.Deny them cyberspace at least.

One of the reasons we don’t see this is that these sites are like honeypots for cranks and the Intelligence services like to keep a tab on whats ‘going’ on..the chatter and chatters .So they are never publicised by anyone.

Then that got me thinking…what if I was a veggie and hated McDonalds ..or an Anti-Zionist and hated Israel …or an environmentalist and hated XYZ furniture maker etc etc…………..I wonder how easy it be to make an app from which you select all your ‘hates’ and then the app created a denial of service attacks on those particular sites/ server.

If everyone had this app….it would be very powerful.We could  democratically , take down , cyberwise , anyone we hated.

The flip is….because this has to happen …it will happen….is that the internet will divide.

Into a left leaning free zone ..anti-dictatorship , environmentally aware , veggie , freedom loving wild west

AND a corporate right wing web that is a comfort zone for the opposites …firewalled by a pay-for-web that prevents denial -of -service attacks through the deterrence of sheer expense.

This really is the first place you heard this one.

A good Tea Party for Obama

Being grassroots means it lack a clear hierarchical structure and therefore will fracture everything it touches .In contrast ,Barack has been centralised by the structure of political party , as that is what it requires to reach the top of a large tent organisation.

But the Tea party will remain fractured and continue to weaken the Republicans and disable any return to the conservative centre ( the true heartland of any country ).

Add Palin mischief ( she still thinks the Republicans and Tea party will invite her to ‘save’ America …which she thinks is as tall a task as cooking apple pie or eating apple pie ).

Palin will fracture the Tea Party if she makes a move without an invitation , and the an increasingly fractured infighting Tea Party will fracture the Republicans regardless.

They let Obama gets re-elected by the skin of his teeth .The race is so close  even if he settles and wins the 2 longest wars the US has ever been involved in  and the mortal threat to economy is over.( The bar for black people is way different than that  to other people.).Great governance , clear headedness , great decisions are  what middle America Tea Partynistas recognise clearly as Marzism….a cross between a Nazi and a Marxist ..thats their  definition of a blackman in charge  ..who Obama quite clearly is…Unlike Bush , who failed on any and every conceivable metric and still got re-elected ,the voodoo magic that is a  melatonin laced  skin will mean  that  Obama needs to just trip up once and he is out.

Anyhows..the Tea Party will help Obama get re-elected and an ungrateful US will reluctantly re-elect the Obama again.Iraq and Afghanistan look like being sorted into some sort of victory and the economy will look OK in 2012.

The politics of the Amygdala giving the politics of the Frontal Cortex a run for its money …but failing.

The true Tea Party candidate should have been Ron Paul…someone who was trashed by mainstream America …but he was really the embodiment of their ideals .America is just not ready for a true revolution like the sort that Ron Paul would entail.

LittleBangtheory …..

I think the sensory neurons that respond favourably to being stroked collide/coincide  with the low level activation of pain receptors ( noniceptors ?) during the same stroke …..the pain receptors are activated at a far  lower level ( because you are only being stroked and not scratched or harmed) but  they also  return a signal at a slower pace than the other receptors ( because they are unmyelinated …no fatty insulation causes a slower progression of the signal).

At a certain frequency of stroking , at a certain concentration of pain/pleasure neuro-density…you will the two signals resonate and amplify each other.Causing heightened pleasure and pain = ticklish painful laughter screaming.

I think it occurs in all vertebrates because we are all food for some other vertebrate and need resilience in the face of an attack.

If we get hit , attacked on the sides of our body,( fish….the original vertebrate is all ’sides‘) we would still be able to react quickly on that side because the software is located in neural hardware on the opposite site of the ‘crash/fight’ side.i.e the contralateral neocortex.

Otherwise a sideways smash into the body /head would disable us momentarily on that side…causing us to turn into lunch.

By keeping the muscles and the neural controllers separate on  opposing sides , we get  resilience in the face of attack.

Amygdala Insula Retinal link

Theres a part of us that just eats beyond our needs …for comfort ..pleasure…pain displacement etc.

But the part that is accurately assessing the amount of food we need to eat ….I believe ..will be the Insula cortex that must have a retinal input…some ancient input that then relays to the rest of the cortex….This ancient and accurate method of assessing our calorific intake is clouded over by the stress that is confusing the amygdala..which sends out different instructions….like eat more..you’ll better if you comfort eat.

This has to be the case…because overeating would kill an animal..so every animal must be able to assess visually its needs well before it fills its stomach.That retinal link to the Insula will also assess the ‘goodness’ of the food.

I can sense it within myself…an accurate biologically healthly visual assesment vs a neurotic misleading comfort eating wish-fulfilment assesment.
One assessment doesn’t want to cause distention which is sensed within the Insula and the other almost wants to cause distention ,as if the Insula is the target.
In infancy ,the insula takes up a larger share of consiousness because the baby spend a longer time reflecting on internal events (poo-ing. Eating screaming. Listening to itself gurgling Whereas as an adult my ‘state’ is highly dependent on outside events , and has a much smaller focus on bodily based processes.
The original personality is based more around the Insula and the shift to the frontal cortex occurs on adulthood.
I think we are seeing an attack on the older baby type brain by the frontal Cortex.
Smoking is also implicated in the same way.
A lesion in the insula stops the need to smoke.As if the target of nicotine poison is too effect the insula , much like overeating.
That’s my reading of the evidence.
