Hazaries are like the underdogs of that Pushtoon dominated backwater ( that is Afghanistan..)…hence their success in the education field is a wonderful thing and I do hope that they can upset the balance over there.Better to be led by the clever than the  backward donkeys that the Pashtuns seem very determined to remain.

1. More girls passed the entrance exam for the country’s top-rung universities from Bamian and Daykondi in 2008 than from 10 mainly Pashtun provinces combined.

The implications of this ….a middle class  elite is being fashioned here…maybe and most probably ..the Pashtun ego will not allow any leadership because they believe they are racially superior ( even the Ummah suffused donkeys at Taliban central have there own version of the superiority complex…they are worthless Shias …not allowed to lead..must to trodden on ).

Education is real personal power.Education of women changes more than the person….its the agent of societal change.Congratulations to them and well done them.

If they become really powerful through education…they will cause a powershift that perpetuate for generations.If they are pushed too hard..they will do what most other educated Afghans have done…left the country.But a powerful and new diaspora is in the making if educated Hazaris ever are made  to leave the country .

Middle classes always get taught more easily because they come pre-packed from home ready to respond to educuation.

The lower down the social order ( could be wealthier kids as well….remember .lower down the social order ..not economic ladder..but usually the economic one), you have a hill to climb to teach the kids anything.This school has the right methods…smash that middle-class mindset into the kids..then the kids do the rest.And as a bonus..we get to see that there is no difference between blacks and whites really.Its really a matter of nuture, not nature.

I remember from school, being middle class was an uncool disease and that that  attitude  was left to fester by the educational super-structure..created a hierachy for ‘coolness’ amongst the kids that militated against studies .So sad.Good to see such a fight back where nobody expects it to work.Well done you guys.
